1. Account Creation & Eligibility
By registering an account on CapSolve, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided (name, email, phone) is accurate and truthful. Creating false credentials or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited.
2. Acceptable Use & Account Lock Policy
CapSolve enforces a zero-tolerance policy against platform abuse. Accounts will be permanently locked or terminated without prior notice if you engage in:
- Operating multiple accounts under a single individual or identity.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or proxies to attempt data verification tasks.
- Manipulating the referral system through self-referrals or fraudulent sign-ups.
- Attempting to exploit platform security vulnerabilities or bypass CSRF protections.
3. Wallet & Payment Terms
New registration accounts are created with a default Locked status until workspace activation criteria are met. Earnings and balances logged within your worker workspace are subject to verification prior to processing withdrawals. Suspicious or fraudulent task activity invalidates associated earnings.
4. Limitation of Liability
CapSolve is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform uptime or specific daily earning thresholds. CapSolve is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service interruptions.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of your worker workspace following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
